How are donations tracked?
All digital donations are recorded on the blockchain for complete transparency. Every meal delivered is filmed and posted with photos and distribution records.
Are donations tax-deductible?
Not yet — we are not a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. We are actively searching for a fiscal sponsor so we can offer tax receipts to donors. Until then, we keep costs minimal so your gift goes as far as possible.
How much of my donation goes toward meals?
90% of every dollar — from direct donations or NFT sales — goes to operations (the food). The remaining 10% covers essential administration. Gas/platform fees are covered from the donation amount for all contributions.
What is an Impact Certificate?
It's an NFT minted automatically after your donation that acts as your receipt, badge, and membership card. It includes the date funded, tier, meals funded, and — once the delivery is filmed — a video link, meal image/GIF, and the restaurant (or dish) name.
Can I donate anonymously?
Yes, we respect donor privacy. You can choose to donate anonymously through our digital donation platform or drop off physical donations without providing personal information.
